Recreation Vessels
Recreational vessels are built to specific requirements, depending upon the very specific needs of the owner. For example, one request was for a live on-board tank as the owner has a hobby of diving for tropical fish and wanted to transport them to his home tank. Our 10m Naiad 'DV8' won 2009 Boat of the Year & our 10m Naiad 'DV8tion' won 2010 Boat of the Year.

3.8m Naiad recreational vessel
This little number is akin to an oversize jet ski and is being used as a tender for a mothership. It has a 40Hp 4 stroke Yamaha and weighs under 400kg.

4.8m Naiad recreational vessel
This fun, ultra manoeuvrable oversized jet ski is used for diving and other recreational activities. The owner says it's the best toy he's ever had!

6.8m Naiad 'Spare Rib' (Refurb)
'Spare Rib' was the first ever Naiad built by us. She sure did the rounds as a fill in vessel for FESA Volunteer Marine Rescue WA, travelling up and down the coastline to various groups when in need. She came back to us as a trade-in when the department updated from the 6.8m to a slightly larger 7.3m model – so we took to her and performed a facelift. 7.3m Naiad dive vessel
The third Naiad vessel for a satisfied owner who already has 2 Kirby Marine dive boats in service. This one is smaller than the others which are 14m and 9m. This high powered craft sports the latest Mercury 275hp outboard and has a top speed nearing 50 knots. This boat is a lot of fun!!

10m Naiad 'DV8' (2009 BOTY)
Winner of the 2009 Boat of the Year. The DV8 surpassed anything we previously thought possible. It was displayed for the first time at the Mandurah Boat Show and was the first vessel in Australia to sport a twin configuration of Yamahas new 350hp V8 outboards.

The proud owner of this 10.5m twin diesel jet drive wanted a tender vessel for a 95ft Sunseeker to compliment a prolonged cruise through the Kimberley area North West Australia. The perfect solution for exploring the rivers and waterfalls then returning at night to a motel on the water…..couldn't think of a better retirement activity!
11.3m Naiad 'Southern Cross'
This vessel is used to travel to and from The Abrohlis Islands and is owned by a well respected Australian mid west coast businessman with whom we worked to develop the concept. It is a prime example of customisation to the client's needs and wishes. Update: The owner has recently updated his 11.3m to the state-of-the-art 13.5m!

The owner loved his 11.3m Naiad 'Southern Cross' but learned through time what his perfect boat could be. This is a state-of-the-art new model with twin Yanmar 8LV-2 370 hp V8 diesels driving through ZT370 stern drives, engine controls are electronic and feature joy stick docking control replacing the Yamaha outboards.
